I am a retierd excecutive chef. And after six years i decided to come out of retirement and do something that was a bit less stressful,and something i really would enjoy. So i created "LUCYS HOT DOG", naming the business after my black lab, Lucy.

I started the business in 2005 with a hot dog cart, but after a very cold and wet winter, i decided to move up to a conncessioin trailer. And boy am i glad i did!

After trying many many different brands of hot dogs, some good and some not so good, i chose NATHANS as my dog of choice. Nathans, as i have found, has great name recognition, and most important, great taste.  I also sell sausages, and i chose a northwest favorite, ZENNERS, made in Oregon.

Now i am working from a fully licensed kitchen, and i am able to offer more than just dogs and sausages to my customers.

Besides dogs and sausages, i now sell tamales, soups, hot pastas, meatball sub, cole slaw, tater salad, and a "killer" pulled pork sandwich, and many different daily specials.
