THE HISTORY OF LUCYS HOT
DOGS
I am a retierd excecutive chef. And after six years i decided to come out of retirement
and do something that was a bit less stressful, and something i really would enjoy.
So i created "LUCYS HOT DOG", naming the business after my black lab, Lucy.
I started the business in 2005 in eugene oregon with a hot dog cart,
but after a very cold and wet winter, i decided to move up to a conncessioin trailer. And boy am i glad i did!
In 2008, i moved to califrinia, and now do business in Aptos, in Santa Cruz county.
After trying many many different brands of hot dogs, some good and some not so
good, i chose LOS GATOS MEATS as my dog of choice. It has great quality, and above all....GREAT TASTE!
Now i am working from a fully licensed kitchen, and i am able to offer more than just
dogs and sausages to my customers. Besides dogs and sausages, i sell many different daily specials.
